La Selvotta Classico extra virgin olive oil is a multicultivar comprising some of the cultivars grown on the estate, namely Leccino, Nebbio and Gentile di Chieti that are typical of the area.
Tasting notesLa Selvotta “Classico” extra virgin olive oil is a lightly fruity oil. The nose is particularly grassy with notes of cut grass and sweet almond. The taste is delicate, the medium bitterness and spiciness are marked with grassy and sweet almond end notes.
