"Colle Massari" PGI extra virgin olive oil is an organic blend of the various cultivars that come from the almost 2550 olive groves belonging to the company, the largest part of which are Frantoio, Leccino and Olivastra Seggianese. The olives are harvested by hand and milled within 24 hours, to make the oil softer and more aromatic.
Tasting notes"Colle Massari" PGI extra virgin olive oil is yellow in colour with bright green glints. To the nose it is intense and fruity with hints of cardoon and aromatic herbs. The flavour is soft and sweet, with a spicy end note very reminiscent of artichoke./p>
