Nebbio extra virgin olive oil is a monocultivar of the Nebbio di Chieti variety, typical of the area that is especially suited to the coastal hills with their particular climatic conditions. The olives are harvested in the first two weeks of November and is a cultivar that have a good oil yield. The La Selvotta olives of this cultivar are centuries-old olive trees that the family has been taking care of with passion and dedication for generations.
Tasting notesNebbio extra virgin olive oil is a slightly fruity oil with notes of fresh grass and almond. The bitter, spicy taste are of medium intensity. There are light notes of artichoke, fresh almond and grass.
