Acetaia Giusti Tris Monolegni was created during the first experiments in Giuseppe Giusti's Gran Deposito, with the product ageing in barrels made of different types of wood, and the typical "Rincalzi e Travasi" (drawing off and topping up) method, to make it more fragrant and scented. Ageing is done in small single-wood Oak, Juniper or Cherry barrels.
The set includes 3 x 50 ML bottles of Modena Balsamic Vinegar, aged in Oak wood, with vanilla notes, in Juniper wood, with bold and pungent aromatic notes, and in Cherry wood, with spicy and sweet notes.
