Agraria Riva Del Garda naturally leavened Easter with extra virgin olive oil and candied plums.. Ingredients are taken from the storage area, dosed, and, once the yeast is added, kneaded. This is followed by the breaking and kneading phase, in order to divide the dough into several units of known weight. Once placed on pans, the semi-finished product is left to rise for a certain time, based on the product. This is followed by glazing, if necessary, and baking. Once cooked, the semi-finished product is first left to cool and then packaged. During packaging, the product passes through a metal detector. Once wrapped in film, the product is wrapped, boxed and shipped.
