Description

The Di Lorenzo family is certainly a family that cares about history and traditions, with great passion. Now in their fifth generation, they transmit the ancient history of the feud and their family with simplicity, telling it through their products. The production of Feudo Disisa, which is divided between two Italian excellences: wine and oil, is to all intents and purposes a Sicilian excellence. As far as the production of oil is concerned, the main cultivars are Cerasuola, Nocellara del Belice and Biancolilla.

Tasting notes

Tesoro extra virgin olive oil is produced through a blend of the company's three cultivars, reflecting in a single product all the characteristics of the territory in which they are grown. To the nose this extra virgin oil releases elegant, averagely intense fragrances with notes of fresh olive and freshly mown grass. In the mouth it has a notable presence with bitter and spicy notes of agreeable persistence.

It goes perfectly with both meat and fish dishes but also with first courses such as risotto.
