I&P Azienda Agricola Ione Zobbi “40 Rubbie Grand Cru is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil obtained from 28 40-year-old Maurino olive trees in the Piscine district, with a volcanic sandy-clayey soil.

Tasting Notes

I&P Azienda Agricola Ione Zobbi “40 Rubbie Grand Cru extra virgin olive oil has a medium-intense fruity flavour. Bright green colour with golden nuances. Mainly green scent with almond, chicory and herbal notes. Balanced spicy and bitter flavour, with almond, artichoke, tomato and herbal notes with a persistent after-taste.
