Mieli Thun orange honey is harvested at the peak of flowering in unspoilt locations, and processed with full respect for nature. During the flowering period between March and May, bees are attracted to the fragrant orange blossom flowers, and their nectar is used to produce a honey that is recognisable by its fragrant notes of orange blossom, honeysuckle flowers, hawthorn and yellow melon. On the palate, it releases a particularly sweet flavour with pronounced floral hints that evolve into slightly fruity notes, giving a product of great excellence and appreciated by everyone.
