To make this undisputed delicacy, the dried fruits including hazelnut, half-ground walnut, peeled and whole almonds are separated by hand to remove any imperfection, and placed in glass jars filled with very clear and delicate acacia honey, which not only acts as a preservative but also as a flavour enhancer.
