Mimì Peranzana extra virgin olive oil was born from the passion of Donato and Michele and their mother Giuditta, who have fulfilled the dream of their father Domenico, also known as Mimì. Their olive grove spreads over 80 hectares, where they cultivate with dedication 24,000 olive trees that yield about 500 hectolitres of oil every year.
Tasting Notes
Mimì Peranzana extra virgin olive oil is a fruity oil of medium intensity with many vegetable and herbaceous scents on the nose, and a distinct note of tomato and green apple. On the palate, the freshness of the apple and green tomato reappears and shows a spicy and bitter character while maintaining an elegant harmony between the two components.
