Tasting Notes

Primoli's Terra di Bari Castel del Monte extra virgin olive oil is a multivarietal produced mostly from the Coratina cultivar. The color is green with yellow highlights, an intense fruitiness in both aroma and flavor where hints of fresh grass and medium sensation of bitterness and spiciness can be perceived.
