Barbera is a company with a centuries-old history, founded by Lorenzo Barbera in 1894, and still in full swing. It is one of the most famous oil production companies in the world.

Apart from its great history, the company was developed thanks to a perfect blend of history, tradition and innovation. One of the trademarks of the company is its experimental oil press, which is an oil press comprising a revolutionary system, where many experimentations are done in search for the perfect recipe to produce high-quality extra virgin olive oil.

Olives are cultivated throughout Sicily, and constantly monitored and followed during the entire production. The careful selection follows all production specifications, such as the organic and PDO guidelines.

Today, the company is guided by Manfredi, the fifth generation, along with his family, as proud testimonial of the passion and history of this reality, which helped him promote his extra virgin olive oil throughout the world.
