Oro Bailen

Oro Bailen is a famous Spanish producer of extra virgin olive oil active since 1999. In those years, the Gálvez Gonzáles family realized that the world of extra virgin olive oil was expanding and the land in which they were located was perfect for the cultivation of olive trees. Soon, they became a real oil mill investing in modern and cutting-edge machinery.

The family business is located on the outskirts of Andalusia, in the province of Jaéna, about 400 meters above sea level; its privileged position allows the production of high quality extra virgin olive oils, and the company is equipped with the latest technologies and automations for olive processing.

The harvest takes place between the end of October and the beginning of November, when the olive has some pigmentations or colour variations that represent the exact moment in which the olive is ready to be harvested and brought to the mill in a very short time to allow you to enjoy all its olfactory and gustatory richness.

This philosophy is based on the roots of a company focused not only on marketing the product, but also on promoting and encouraging consumers towards such an unknown product, and above all educating them to the in-depth knowledge of the world of extra virgin olive oils and its uses.
