Tartuflanghe

Tartuflanghe is an esteemed Italian company located in the magnificent area of Alba, a city in Piedmont famous for its White Truffle, the most highly prized in the world. Its origins date back to 1950 when Giuseppe Montanaro, known as Beppe, left his small village of birth to begin a brilliant career as a ship's cook, competing with the great international restaurants.

Rich in experience, he and his wife returned to their home town and together they opened the restaurant 'Da Beppe', which became a landmark for truffle lovers. In 1975, they founded Tartuflanghe, the fruit of their bond with the extraordinary Langhe region, whose aim was to promote and make the white truffle of Alba famous worldwide. Thanks to this idea, past and future come together to create a new vision of contemporary trends, where the propensity for research led to the creation of avant-garde products with a focus on the environment.

Thus the first recipes and products were born, from sweet to savoury, which quickly became the new market trends. Today, the Montanaro family owns no less than 20 hectares of truffle fields in the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato and from this woodland patrimony the best truffles are harvested and selected to create a wide and, above all, varied range of exclusive products, designed to accompany all moments of the day with the aim of bringing the taste of real truffles to everyone's table.
