This box is perfect to try the various intensities of fruitiness of real artisanal extra virgin olive oil. Three bottles of three different oils, each with a different intensity: light, medium and intense. The oils selected represent the olive-growing areas of northern, central and southern Italy. We start with "Campo di Casa" Veneto by Frantoio Bonamini, a light fruity blend of the varieties grown in the field in front of Bonamini's house. Ideal for stews and grilled fish, excellent with vegetables and white meat. For dressing delicate cold and hot dishes with a light structure row. Then a medium fruity oil such as "Classico" by Americo Quattraciocchi, an organic multivarietal blend of Itrana and Moraiolo from Lazio. Excellent on porcini mushroom starters, swordfish salads, marinated blue fish, grilled radicchio, lentil soups, meat cuscus, grilled tuna, grilled red meat or game, hard mature cheeses. Finally, from Puglia, an intensely fruity oil, PDO Terra di Bari "Tenuta Torre di Mossa", a monocultivar of Coratina, which goes very well with bruschetta with tomato, tuna carpaccio, porcini mushroom salads, grilled radicchio, vegetable soups, first courses with sausage, boiled octopus, roast red meat or game, hard mature cheese.
