De Carlo Cime di Rapa represent the emblem of Apulian cuisine; one of the most representative dishes of Apulia is indeed the “Orecchiette e Cime di Rapa”. De Carlo turnip greens are grown according to organic farming methods, in the fields of the family farm, and preserved in De Carlo extra virgin olive oil. Oil preserves are made only from vegetables processed within 24 hours of harvesting to offer you the taste and texture of fresh vegetables in a jar. The spices and the extra virgin olive oil used come exclusively from the De Carlo Farm.
