Agraria Riva Del Garda’s naturally leavened Christmas Cake with extra virgin olive oil and candied PDO Dro, made in partnership with the famous Filippi cake shop. Ingredients are dosed, and, once the yeast is added, kneaded. The dough is placed on pans and left to rise for the necessary time. It is then glazed and baked. Once cooked, the Christmas cake is first left to cool and then packaged.
