Sommariva Cru Muela extra virgin olive oil is a 100% Italian high quality oil, obtained by cold processing according to the EU. Reg. 1019/02, in limited quantities, from the best olives of different varieties, including Taggiasca, Leccino, Frantoio, Merlina, Colombara and Gentile. Cold pressing and extraction within 48 hours of the olive harvest, bottling without filtration and subsequent storage.
Tasting Notes
Sommariva Cru Muela extra virgin olive oil is yellow with green reflections, slightly veiled, with a fruity perfume of medium intensity, fresh with vegetable hints and a balanced taste with almond and artichoke notes.
