Several legends tell the story of Feudo Disisa, one of them says that probably the name of the feud comes from an Arabic word meaning "The Splendid". The history of this feud and the Di Lorenzo family, that carries on the tradition of the area with passion with its fifth generation, is most certainly splendid.
Tasting notes
“Disisa” Organic extra virgin olive oil is produced from the cultivation of Cerasuola olives through organic farming. This is a typical cultivar of the Belice Valley and Jato, the nose perceives notes of green olive, artichoke, floral and balsamic hints of fresh oregano. In the mouth it shows a body that takes up all the olfactory sensations supported by a good bitterness and an enveloping spiciness in the finish.
