The Cetrone family has a history of more than 150 years of growing olives on their farm which is located between the Circeo National Park and the Campo Soriano National Karst Monument. In all they have 20,000 trees of ancient olive trees that are cultivated with care, passion and attention to the territory. The Itrana cultivar is the absolute protagonist of Alfredo Cetrone's extra virgin olive oils, all of which are high quality and multi-awarded products.
Tasting notes
Itrana Monocultivar extra virgin olive oil has a clear green colour with golden reflexes. The nose has herbaceous aromas with fruity hints of artichoke, tomato and almond that reappear in the taste that opens with elegant notes of artichoke, tomato and almond, balsamic herbs such as sage and mint, bitter and spicy are in harmony.
