Since 2012, in the hills of Pesaro, a group of enthusiasts of the area including entrepreneurs, agronomists and olive growers have decided to channel all their professional skills to create an extra virgin olive oil that represents the nature, scents and flavors of the territory. Hence "Emozione olio", a project according to which oil should be "listened to" like a work of art.
Tasting notes
Opus extra virgin olive oil is a blend of oils with a medium fruitiness where sensations of cut grass, artichoke and tomato stand out, bitterness and pungency are present in medium intensity.
