With its special microclimate, Lake Garda gives life to extra virgin olive oils with unique characteristics: here, Uliva is produced, the Garda Uliva extra virgin olive oil by Agraria Riva Del Garda. What makes this product unmistakable are the characteristics of the original olive, the Casaliva, which are perfectly reflected in the oil: freshness and fragrance that echo in its green notes. What fascinates us about this productis its fresh organoleptic characteristics, strongly representative of the territory of origin.

Tasting Notes

Uliva is limpid, with a beautifully intense golden yellow color and light green hues. Its aroma is ample and enveloping, endowed with a rich vegetable flavor of artichoke, wild chicory and lettuce, complemented by hints of almond and spicy nuances of black pepper. The mouthfeel is elegant and complex, with tones of aromatic herbs, and hints of mint, basil and rosemary. Bitterness and pungency are present and harmonious.
