The hills in the province of Verona are famous worldwide for being the original area of prestigious wines, such as Amarone della Valpolicella. In the highest part of these hills, there is a widespread cultivation of the indigenous Grignano and Favarol varieties; from these terraces, high quality oils are produced, such as the monovarietal “Grignano” extra virgin olive oil. A fruity oil that excites for its clean aroma and the richness of antioxidant substances of the cultivar from which it derives - the Grignano.
