Il Borgo del Balsamico "Argento" Traditional Reggio Emilia Balsamic Vinegar is more of a dressing, than a vinegar. Its history and production is passed down from generation to generation, through secret recipes and know-how handed down from father to son. The "Argento" traditional balsamic vinegar is left to age for 15 years, in ancient oak barrels, dating back to the 18th-19th century, and, at the end of the ageing, it releases a smooth, sophisticated flavour.
