The love for his land and the work done in the mill allow Marco Viola - the beating heart of the oil mill that takes his name - to pass on stories through each bottle of oil produced: the Viola Inprivio extra virgin olive oil represents the trace, the link with the tradition of an ancient culture, handed down for generations through the fruits of the Umbrian olive. This product comes from the processing of one of the characteristic cultivars, the Frantoio: as Marco says, this oil excites us becauseInprivio is the imprint. The handing down of tradition from father to son, in full respect of the Earth, is a unique trace that remains intact over time and in the soul, and, above all, a gesture of love. The search for flavors of the past, a genuine quality, to retain a strong link with the past. The result is an extra virgin olive oil with light tones, an extraordinary aromatic component and a unique fragrance.
