Since 1874 the Masciantonio family has dedicated itself to the cultivation and processing of olives in the province of Chieti in Abruzzo. The great quality of the oil is linked to experience, passion and the presence of centuries-old olive trees of the area’s typical varieties. The foothill climate is perfect for keeping insects away by giving natural protection to plants.
Tasting notes
Intosso extra virgin olive oil has a fruity aroma with notes of tomato, artichoke and freshly mown grass. The bitter and spicy mouthfeel are in harmony and the hints of artichoke, tomato and herbs stand out.
