Lampascioni Wild Onions

De Carlo Lampascioni. Similar to spring onions, lampascioni are wild bulbs with diuretic, emollient and laxative effects, and boost gastric functions; they grow spontaneously in the Apulian Murge. The meticulous care that De Carlo applies to the various stages of production, allows us to offer a gourmet product with a unique taste, and a barely perceptible bitterness. De Carlo's oil preserves are made only from vegetables processed within 24 hours of harvesting to offer you the taste and texture of fresh vegetables in a jar. The spices and the extra virgin olive oil used come exclusively from the De Carlo Farm.
