I&P Azienda Agricola Ione Zobbi “Musignano Grand Cru is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil obtained from 62 centuries-old olive trees in the Musignano district, with a volcanic clayey soil.

Tasting Notes

I&P Azienda Agricola Ione Zobbi “Musignano Grand Cru extra virgin olive oil has a medium-intense fruity flavour. Bright and intense green colour with light golden reflexes. Delicate scent of herbs and chicory, with artichoke notes.  The mouthfeel has the same herbal notes, with predominant chicory and thistle hints on a spicy and bitter undertone.
