Description

Mieli Thun Fir Honey Vinegar is an impeccable dressing, obtained from nomadic bee-keeping, processed and collected throughout the Italian territory, to make a pure honey with multiple uses in the kitchen. A solid, unique reality, passed down from generation to generation, by travelling, observing and listening to wise local experts.

Tasting Notes

Mieli Thun Fir Honey Vinegar is obtained through a slow, natural acetification of the fir honeydew mead, left to age in oak casks, with a static-superficial method - the most ancient method there is. Fir Honey Vinegar is made from dark Fir honey. It appears lively amber, with a liquid texture, an intense medium flavour, with a round acidity and malty notes. It features a slightly smoked aftertaste.
