Mimì Novello extra virgin olive oil comes from the harvesting of the first green olives selected from the different cultivars, to become the first oil of the season. The Mimì company was born from the passion transmitted by their father Domenico to his sons Donato and Michele and to his wife Giuditta, who with perseverance have carried out their father's dream.

Mimì Novello extra virgin olive oil is fruity, with a green nuance and a medium intensity. The nose has hints of lettuce, cut grass and fresh almond with notes of bitterness and spiciness.
