Tasting notes
Tamìa Organic extra virgin olive oil has a nose of freshly cut grass and unripe almond that surprises. Sweet notes of unripe almond, which alternate with an aromatic bitterness of medium intensity and persistence of field grass and green olives. The end note of chilli pepper with the medium intensity remaining pleasant.
