Olio Roi "Carte Noire" extra virgin olive oil is a monovarietal PDO oil obtained only from Taggiasca olives. Since 1900, the Roi family has been producing extra virgin olive oil, generation after generation, with passion and devotion. Olives cultivated in Western Liguria, in the Valle Argentina, enjoy a unique microclimate, and benefit from several currents from the sea and the mountains.
Tasting Notes
Olio Roi "Carte Noire" extra virgin olive oil has a light herbal scent with green apple peel notes, which make it flowy and balanced. Its sweet taste is enriched by dry fruit notes and a light spiciness and bitterness, persistent in the aftertaste.
