Eticalimenta was born to further enrich the range of products offered to its customers; created within the Fratelli Pinna’s Sardinian farm, it promotes a tasty assortment of traditional pasta, bread and sweets. They select the best quality flours, made from organically grown grains. As per tradition, they use sourdough and let the dough rest to get the right level of proofing.

Cultural links between these two gastronomic worlds could be traced back to the past, but at the moment there is no certain and reliable evidence. The name of this product has a Latin origin (from the word ferculum, which can mean “crumb”). The first historical evidence of the presence of this specialty in the territory dates back to the 10th century AD.
