Tenute Librandi's organic clementine marmalade is made from the best selection of clementines harvested by hand in December, exclusively in the estate's orchards located in the Vaccarizzo Albanese area, Cosenza. Clementines are very sweet and fragrant fruits characterised by an orange colour. They are excellent for our health, as they are rich in vitamin C. To make this marmalade, the whole fruit (including the peel) was used, cooked in accordance with its organoleptic characteristics, bringing out a strong, bitterish flavour accompanied by fragrant notes typical of fresh fruit.
