Tenute Librandi's organic marmalade is made from a variety of Navellina oranges, grown mainly in their own orchards in the Vaccarizzo Albanese area, Cosenza. The oranges, characterised by a colour ranging from pale yellow to deep orange, are harvested between December and January and processed using the entire fruit (including the peel) finely cooked to respect its organoleptic characteristics. The result is a good, genuine jam with a strong, bitter flavour accompanied by lively fragrances generating sensations typical of fresh fruit.
