Terra di Brisighella's 'Nobil Drupa' extra virgin olive oil is a refined monovarietal oil made from Ghiacciola olives - an indigenous variety cultivated mainly in the Brisighellese area in Emilia Romagna. Its perfect excellence creates an extra virgin oil with a strong and marked character. Through a careful process, olives are harvested late, between 15 November to 30 November using a manual method, and then processed in a mill, making it a refined product, highly appreciated in the kitchen.
