Terre di Brisighella's 'Brisighello' extra virgin olive oil is a monovarietal obtained from the 'Nostrana di Brisighella' cultivar, from olive groves located in the Emilia-Romagna region. It holds a PDO certification (the first in Italy for an extra virgin olive oil) that guarantees its absolute quality, in every aspect. To obtain this prized condiment, olives are milled immediately after harvesting by hand, in order to preserve all their quality, resulting in an extra virgin olive oil with an intense fruitiness and harmonious, delicate notes.
