Testa Conserve's salted anchovy fillets are an excellent seafood preserve in PGI organic extra virgin olive oil, the result of a great passion for the sea and nature. They are caught in the wonderful waters of the Mediterranean Sea and processed through an artisanal method that fully respects Sicilian tradition. The skilful processing method of salted anchovies from the enzymatic maturation in brine of fresh, filleted and strained anchovies results in a product that stands out for its delicate and tasty flesh, highly appreciated and rich in health-promoting properties excellent for our organism. Perfect for any occasion, they are great for bringing seafood recipes to life.

Preservation	Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. The optimal storage temperature is between +5°C and +25°C.
Product duration	To be consumed preferably within 48 months from the date of production. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
