Testa Conserve's Taratatà anchovy sauce is a tasty Mediterranean haute cuisine preserve by Ciccio Sultan, a 2 Michelin star chef who, together with the Testa family, has created a product that brings the taste of the sea closer to the kitchen. The highest quality ingredients are used to make this sauce, embodying the typical Sicilian tradition, and bringing an explosion of flavour and liveliness to your seafood pasta dishes.

Ingredients	Salted anchovy fillets IN SUNFLOWER OIL (anchovy fillets) 55.7%, Avola Pizzuta almond flour 11.7% Orange juice 4.4% Lemon juice 6.9% White wine vinegar 5% Caster sugar 2.5% EVO oil 11.21%. Allergens: Fish.
Preservation	Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. The optimal storage temperature is between +5°C and +25°C.
Product duration	To be consumed preferably within 48 months from the date of production. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
