Olearia San Giorgio Altanum extra virgin olive oil takes its name from the ancient San Giorgio Morgeto, the town of Reggio Calabria where the Olearia San Giorgio and the Fazari brothers' farms are located. This town - today a charming village of medieval origin - was with its famous castle and even more so in ancient times a fortress of Calabria. Altanum extra virgin olive oil is extracted from 5 olive varieties: Ottobratica, Carolea, Sinopolese, Roggianella and Ciciarello. It proves to be an excellent medium-light fruity bland, green in color with yellow highlights.
