Description

Oro di Giano "Basilio" extra virgin olive oil, is named after Claudia Pompilj's uncle. This oil - obtained from Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo and San Felice olives - is dedicated to him. The olives are harvested in October.

Tasting Notes

This oil has a green color with golden reflexes, a fruity perfume and hints of artichoke heart. The taste is intense and balanced with bitter and spicy notes.
