Description

Casas de Hualdo “Arbequina” extra virgin olive oil comes from the monovarietal Arbequina cultivar. This variety of olive is of Catalan origin, easily adapts to different climatic and soil conditions, and can be recognized by its small, symmetrical fruit with a round and very aromatic apex. Once harvested, it is processed through a mechanized process and cold extracted within 6 hours of harvesting, to create an elegant and fruity oil, considered the best of Spain.

Casas de Hualdo "Arbequina" extra virgin olive oil is a versatile product from Spain, with medium-intense fruitiness, characterized by its fragrance, with prevailing reminiscences of artichoke, tomato, apple and banana. A structured and harmonious EVO oil with subtle notes of bitterness accompanied by a slight spiciness.
