A great monocultivar obtained from olives grown using traditional methods. The protagonist is the Coratina cultivar, the queen of Apulia, harvested by hand in November. The result is an oil with a medium-intense fruitiness, strong vegetable scents on the nose, and a strong and persistent mouthfeel.
Tasting Notes
It has a medium intense fruity aroma of great complexity, releasing hints of thistle, artichoke and green olive. Its taste is moderately intense and persistent, with a bitter sensation that immediately gives way to a very pleasant spicy sensation.
