Sommariva Cru Ruxia’ extra virgin olive oil is produced with organic farming methods, pursuant to Reg. EC 834/2007. The ''Cru Ruxia’'' is a premium organic 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, obtained by cold processing according to the EU. Reg. 1019/02, in limited quantities, from the best olives of different varieties, including Taggiasca, Leccino, Frantoio and Gentile. Cold pressing and extraction take place within 48 hours of the olive harvest, bottling without filtration and subsequent storage.
Tasting Notes
Yellow in color with green reflections and slightly veiled, the bouquet is fruity with medium intensity, fresh and with vegetable hints. The taste is balanced with hints of almond and artichoke.
