Located in the municipality of Castelnuovo Magra in eastern Liguria, Agricola Belfiore is a young company that has been able to treasure the experience of generations of olive growers, the culture and tradition of the area, transforming them into a quality extra virgin olive oil. The farm consists of 6 hill-terraced hectares with about 1500 secular olive trees of typical varieties of the area.
Tasting notes
Prampesa Monovarietal extra virgin olive oil is an oil with a green nuance with yellow reflections. A lightly fruity oil with hints of pine, almond, walnut but also floral sensations reminiscent of chamomile. The mouthfeel is highly elegant. It is extremely balanced in bitterness and pungency, with a persistent finish that travels between artichoke and sweet almond.
