Sabino Leone "La M'Nenn" extra virgin olive oil is a monocultivar of Frantoio, a variety originating in Tuscany, one of the most uniformly spread cultivars on the national territory. It has adapted well to the Apulian territory because of its high vigor. It is the first variety to be harvested by Leone, between the end of September and the beginning of October. For these characteristics it is called with a Canosa dialect name, "L M'nenn", which means “the little girl”.
"The quintessential elegance typical of fresh youth, gives this extra virgin a fruitiness characterized by the hint of broken green wheat stalk, very herbaceous, with an aftertaste of wild rocket. Balanced bitterness and spiciness.
