Marsicani "Viride" is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil obtained from organically farmed Coratina olives. Despite this variety is not typical of the Marsicani Company's land, the result is excellent, thanks to the wide experience and passion they put into producing it.
Tasting Notes
"Viride" extra virgin olive oil is medium-fruity, with green olive, herbal and leaf notes. Its taste features hints of sweet green almond, evolving into an increasing bitterness, with notes of thistle, artichoke and chicory, and spiciness, with pepper and chilli pepper hints.
