Serves 6: Boil 450g of pasta, adding a little salt to the cooking water. Empty the pesto into the bowl where you will dress the pasta, put 3 full tablespoons of hot cooking water into the empty jar, cap it, shake it and then pour the contents into the bowl and mix everything together. Pour in the well drained pasta and season to taste with oil and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
