Mastri Acetai

Mastri Acetai is a vinegar factory located in the magnificent and airy Western Sicily hillside territory, in Menfi, and based on the production of high-quality, strong and robust wine vinegars.

Today, this vinegar factory has invested its ancestors' wine making experience in the acetification sector, by using quality ingredients, enhanced by the respect for farming traditions, and the use of new and modern processes, to make vinegars characterized by a strong personality.

The values that tell the story of this vinegar factory are lowering the standardization and mass-production levels of this production, and aiming at quality, good-food culture, territorial enhancement and defence of biodiversity.

This helped them create several products from local varieties, such as Nero d'Avola and Grillo, and also excellent results, such as the Gran Riserva, the Marsala vinegar that took over the world, and fruit vinegars. Mastri Acetai has a vinegar range with a unique and unmistakeable flavour, left to age in precious Slavonian and American Larch Oak barrels, to acquire, over time, the taste and quality that make these Sicilian vinegars so special.
