Olio Gangalupo

Olio Gangalupo is a well-known brand of the Girone-Bisceglie farm recognized throughout the Italian territory because it tells a historical family-run reality of very ancient origins, yet very young at the same time.

Founded by their great-grandfather in the distant 1900s, and subsequently carried on by their father Michele and mother Maria, today the company is led by brothers Vito and Luigi, who, together with their father, continue to develop techniques and production processes aimed at maintaining a beautiful, efficient and respectful agriculture.

The company is located in the heart of the Bari area, in Santo Spirito, motherland of the renowned Coratina cultivar, and has vast plots of land of about 4000 plants, for a total of 15 hectares of olive trees.

Driven by the idea of designing something different and innovative, in 2017 the family decided to invest in the direct transformation of the product, by choosing the most suitable mill to guarantee the transformation and conservation of the precious family olives, founding the Olio Gangalupo brand. Their products are obtained both through a careful selection of high quality ingredients, and controlled cold pressing process that allows preserving all the characteristics and properties of the fruit.
